RSB macdonald is an innovative legal firm based in Dundee. We provide a legal and Estate Agency service throughout Scotland to clients worldwide.

We like to think we provide client services in a different way to our competitors. We only give clients advice in areas of law in which we are very experienced. A significant part of our work is referred to us by reputation. We try to resolve clients’ legal issues in a practical way using common sense and plain English. We have a sense of humour. We try hard to ensure clients are satisfied with our service levels and that our staff enjoy working for us.

We operate from three offices in Dundee City Centre. Our Litigation Team is based at 4 Whitehall Street, our Residential Property, Commercial Property, and Wills and Estate Planning Teams at 17 Crichton Street with our new Property Sales Office at 21 Crichton Street.

• We try to take a fresh approach to Litigation – tailored, specialist advice is available in family, insolvency, commercial, personal injury and criminal cases.
• Our Property Team aims to give commercial and residential clients an edge over our competitors in a crowded marketplace.
• Our new Property Sales office has the same aim – we are the first firm locally to offer sellers unique sales particulars, video displays and 3D virtual tours of properties we are selling.
• Our Wills and Estate Planning Team offers an individual approach to what are often individual issues – Estate Planning, Executries and Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Wills.
